I recently started stretching my ears and i heard it was good to use emu oil to help prevent blow outs and tears, but its a bit expensive. Could i just use regular vitamin E oil instead? Any advice would be great thank you.

I just let my ear heal on it's own, I took it out now, but I suppose vit E would work.

There is an Emu oil, so before you go correcting people do a little research first and dont be so ignorant

I really have no idea. Wouldn't they have the same properties? I mean the point of the oil is to make sure the skin doesn't crack, right? Vit E should work just fine then. Maybe people use emu simply because it's oilier.

Vit E will work, too.

thank you to the people that were helpful and not insulting or uneducated. I don't see why people had to respond with things that had absolutely nothing to do with my question, but thanks again to people who actually answered my question.
