For those who lift, what exercises would you recommend for pecks with dumbbells? (I would bench but I have no one to spot me)

incline and decline dumbbell flies. incline for upper pecs, decline for lower pecs.

Humm way to hard to Explain lay down on the bench and raise the both dumbells up ( pushing up) at the same time and let them meet in the middle.. Make sure you start with light weights because you might not have certain muscles that you only gain with Free weights. If you want a different work out Change the Angle of the bence so your about (35 Angle) and push up with the bells again making sure your pointing to the roof
