-- Posted by Renea1993 at 3:46 pm on Dec. 3, 2008 Okay so we bought this trampoline about 4-5 months ago and about 1 1/2 months ago the springs started breaking off, eight have now broken off and I was wondering what their replacement policy is. We haven't done anything abnormal to it, I don't jump very high, I'm almost always the only person on it, there's never been more than two people at once, I jump everyday for about an hour collectively, and we have the cover/pad thing fastened on it[the one that came in the package] so will they replace the springs that have broken or not?
