wake up at 5:00am go to school 6:30am get home from school 3:30pm do homework/cook dinner for brother 3:30-4:30pm work 5:00pm get home 9:30pm bed 10:00pm in that schedule, when is there time to exersize? I try to fit 30 minutes in between school and work but if I have a lot of homework I'll usually get 30 minutes in after work, sacrificing some sleep. honestly, i'm not healthy. I'm overweight, and I'm eating right, but I know thats not the only component. I need to exersize, but I'm just not seeing where theres time to!

try walking 10 minutes in the morning when you wake up, walk 10 minutes at lunch time at school and 10 minutes before work? you only need 30 mins a day

It sounds like your day is busy enough. As long as you're spending energy in your daily activities, it's important that you don't take in more by what you eat. If your goal is weight loss, then there's a fundamental of dieting that (whilst obvious) is very important: Output > Intake
