It's 5:00am here in the UK and I've been up all night doing homework. Should I go to sleep now and then wake up feeling rough at 7:30, or should I stay up and then go to sleep when I get back since it's a half day and risk falling asleep in lesson?

I'll probably stay up and drink coffee before I leave and red bull on the way there. Though my eyesight is going blurry and i'm on my way to falling asleep as we speak so I might just have to go to sleep and risk feeling really moody when the alarm goes off.

I find that sleeping with the lights on (room bright) puts my body into "nap mode" no matter how tired I am, and I can wake up feeling alright
