But it really depends on the owner and how the animal is brought up. From what I learnt, Fennecs aren't properly domesticated yet, though. That's really not very long at all, and is more than likely just stating how long people have been keeping them as pets for, not how long they've been domesticated for. I have had servils, lamas, burmas, wallabys, fennecs, Kinkajous, ect...all are wonderful animals
