You can't select more than one thing, for one, and the whole church thing is messed up since if you don't go to church the minimum number of times you go a week is less than one; it's zero, which is not included. Just a suggestion. Revise it and I will gladly take it. -- Posted by pInKiE at 9:17 am on Dec. 6, 2008 I don't understand why your survey is based so much on religion.  Are you trying to find if drug users go to church?  Also, like others said, there are flaws in your survey.  I took it, but the results are probably scrambled because of me, because I'm a real hodge-podge when it comes to that kind of stuff...  Also, I shuddered when I saw it was based mostly on religion.  It made me think of rehab all over again.  That whole replacing a chemical addiction with a religious obsession thing.  Eww.
