Not exactly true, especially in such a generalised statement. The same can be said about girls. Seriously speaking however, I believe both genders can be extremely shallow under certain circumstances. Mainly because alot of guys say "I wouldn't go out with a girl if she had *insert physical imperfection here*". Even if it's something quite common. And they really mean it. Where as all the girls I know may say : "I don't like it when guys have *physical inperfection*", BUT it doesn't stop them from actually liking and accepting a guy. That's what my experience of it is. For example. My friend once said "I don't like really hairy guys.", and now she goes out with one (and she loves it). I think girls are more WILLING to overlook imperfection. Maybe that's just my school/year level. Guys probably grow out of that.
