So im a runner and i twisted my foot. I should be fine in a couple of days however til then i want to try to stay in shape. I doviouslyu cant run what do i do. Its only been a day and ive been over eating alot. Also does lifting weights burn fat

run on one foot lifting weights won't do anything

it doesnt burn bat, but it DOES burn calories...

lifting weights will just add muscle mass or tone wat muscle u have
