I know many of you will not believe me, but i have not cried for over 5 years. The last time i did cry was when my grandmother died in august of 2003, i was really distraught and didn't talk to anyone for a week. Is this bad because my dog died last week and i felt the pain, but i couldn't cry. I just feel i have a mental block against it or something

There's nothing wrong with that. It's really not that hart to believe.

Some people express or let emotion out in different ways. Your way isn't crying and that's okay.

Its not hard to believe, I mean I am the same, I've not cried since I was about 13 years old.

There's nothing wrong with not crying. Pain doesn't have to be shown by crying.

It is rather more normal if you are a boy I think. However, I still cry a lot.

crying isnt the only way to release sadness. You probably did it another way subconciously

It's probably, your mind doesn't want to get hurt again so it stops itself from crying.
