I weighed myself today, after lunch, so i had already had... peice of toast some noodles a cookie and two glasses of water. i then stupidly weighed myself, so how many pounds, aproximetly, should i take off to know my real weight? 1? 3? 5?

Weigh yourself without clothes on when you wake up? Then you'll know.

Weigh yourself when you first wake up in the morning. The average person is 5 pounds heavier during the day when fluids have been replenished and food has been introduced.
