I've tried it with the normal brushed on PS CS3, but it obviously turned out terribly and had to redo it. So I'm trying to find brushes online to use, and was hoping to save time by doing it this way. Most of them act more like a stamp than an actual brush, ya know?

*sigh* I just want to get this project done!!

So does anyone have any suggestions, ideas, good PS tutorials on this, SOMETHING?

I'm getting rather desperate and rather irritated over it.

I would recommend creating a custom brush that consists of a few hair like squiggles on it. You could make different ones depending on how thick you wanted it.

Okay, so change hair Colour?

In the past I've used this tutorials:
http://phonuts.org/?p=121
http://tutorialblog.org/photo-retouching-change-hair-color/
http://www.photoshopessentials.com/photo-editing/hair-color/

They have all worked.

ACtually, it's not replacing hair color, but in fact creating realistic looking hair. :\
