I had a sore throat for like 10 days it went away for 2 and now is back again for 2 days so far. I think it might be because I drink from the same water bottles everyday but you'd think the germs would die after them sitting there for like 8 hours without use(I switch them.) What do you think? And when I fill them up I just clean them out with water.

It's probably all those blowjobs.

No... they would actually grow as you're giving them a way to gather up. Either get rid of them or actually wash them in warm, soapy water. And work on getting over your sore throat. Eventually you're going to cause yourself to be susceptible to strep.

It's all of the above. And no, the germs won't die. As long as they have moisture, they'll live. When you're done with one bottle, you should empty it, clean it out with hot water (inside and out, especially the mouthpiece) and let it dry with the mouthpiece off. Also, as the weather gets colder, the air get drier and that can cause sore throats. You might try a humidifier in your room.

if u are using the same bottles and not washing them out at all then yes it would be the reason bacteria doesnt just die off after 8 hours as long as they have things to feed off they will survive
