My mom recently got a facebook and looked at my pictures.  She saw the one of me and my boyfriend kissing and was like "That's gross blah blah"

Parents.  This isn't the first time she's done this stuff.  Honestly, it's not even a bad picture.  They know that we post that stuff on there, and it's not like she hasn't seen us do it before, so why does she do stuff like this?  She's so silly sometimes.

....And I'm not taking the picture down.

I just got busted for going to a party this past weekend thanks to Facebook. Both of my parents use it.

My dad didn't want me to have a facebook at first because he thought online predators would hunt me down and stalk me or something.  Then he gave in.

I had a myspace too and she was my friend on that as well.  That's how she found out my boyfriend stayed the night in my dorm the first time because I put "I'm excited I get to see my boyfriend" or something like that.  Yeah, she told me I shouldn't have him up here...but of course I didn't listen.

I really don't have a choice in that matter.
Oh well, if she wants to be my friend she'll have to put up with things like that.

Parents really need to fuck off sometimes
Like sure they're your parents but that's unwarranted privacy invasion

My Mom's the same way. I'm 20 years old and have been with my boyfriend for over a year now and she still says that kissing in front of her is "embarrassing". She's so prude it's sad. But I'll be damned if I'm going to spend the rest of my life not holding his hand or hugging or kissing any time she's around, that's the way she and Dad are and it's depressing. I'm happy to say that I actually like being around my boyfriend.
