Hey so I think I'm safe in saying I'm the opposite of the majority of people when it comes to the whole internet/real world interaction thing. I feel really good when I'm talking with people face to face. Like, I feel really confident and witty and all that. But whenever I'm on AIM or facebook, I always get all touchy and paranoid when stupid little things happen, like when I see that someone is having a whole conversation on someone else's wall, but they're not responding to my messages. Same way with the phone. When I don't get texts/calls back, I get all pissy and depressed, thinking that the person hates me, etc. I know that I'm over analyzing and reacting too irrationally, but I can never seem to convince myself at the time. Any ideas on how to feel better about this whole thing?

Paranoia, lies, lies

Hmmm... very interesting you should say that. Bear in mind that while you may be an omnipotent tech-god who can simultaneously manage their Facebook wall, LiveWire messages, Skype calls, Messenger IMs all at the same time, some people may not have the time or dexterity to handle all these things at once. Think about how arsed the person on the other end is.
