Twitches can be many things. if find my eye twitches randomly sometimes so does my thumb its normal enough as long as its not very pronounced or happens every waking moment, from my understanding a heart murmer can be many things but is not related to your nerve which would cause you to twitch. but as all things to do with your heart if your worried get it check out by a pro :)
