i am fifteen and weigh 185 pounds i am never happy with how i look and everyone says she must be confident she's a cheerleader i dont know how to tell everyone that i just wish they would lay off they pretend to be supporting me but really i know they are making fun of me idk what to do i could just stop eating. I execise eat right and i am almost never happy all my friends say im not fat but i know better.

it dosent help any that im ugly and have no value for myself

no no no, never starve yourself. first of all, you've probably heard this, but you will actually GAIN wait because you'll slow your metabolism. Literally, if you drink a soda you'll bloat and then there goes everything. Not to mention that can screw with you emotionally. I'm not going to tell you not to worry about your appearance because you're a girl and girls worry. But if you do if your wait IS bugging you eat better and work out more.

and i can't really give you advice i would be being totally hypocritical but i guess it might comfort you to know

If you're not happy with how you look, then start exercising and improve your eating habits. If you don't like it, do something about it, pretty simple.

You're not ugly, infact you're very pretty. Just ignore what other's say if you really feel the need to change yourself image, exercise.
