Wtf I didn't even do anything and I've always been in good shape, I think I just haven't been eating big meals since I haven't been living with my mom. I'm 5'7", is this a bad sign?

It could just be a regular fluctation: clothes you're wearing whether you've just eaten, whether you've drank what time of the day it is

This, Try weighing yourself naked in the mornings before you eat, that should be your real weight or close to it.
