The cream, so I've read, is just for a local anesthetic and just eases the pain. Can I just make sure to drink a lot of water and keep my stool soft and just be careful? The pain was much much worse 2 days ago. Now, I barely notice it...but the lump is still there and as big as it was 2 days ago.
