Thin doesn't mean healthy. Lol, but they can go hand in hand :). ----- Yeah, I do watch some of what I eat. I'm overweight, but I walk 5 miles daily and I typically look at what's in my food. My sister and I buy lower fat versions of most things, we don't use artificial sweetners, no transfats, wheat breads, fibers, etc. I mean, I'm not obsessed with it, and I do eat foods that are horrible for you when the occassion calls for it (or just every now and then). But I do, in general, look at what I'm eating.
