All they'll really do is try to dissuade you from doing it, and maybe tell your parents. But they already know, so no biggie. I wouldn't worry... He or she asks b/c it can effect certain medications or what they need to look for during check ups,etc. It's actually really stupid of you not to tell the doctor the truth.
