ive apparently gained 5 pounds in the past week, but havnt been eating any differently? its not water weight ad my scale is fine so HELP

If you're due on your period it might be water weight. I know you say it's not, but sometimes the body retains water, it's known as water retention; in other words, your body keeps more water than normal and you don't need to do anything more than normal to gain weight....its just hormones.

Ignore these people. Your body can actually fluctuate up to around 8lbs over the course of a day, due to an empty or full stomach and how dehydrated you can be. Just from sleeping, your body looses about a pound or two of water. It's normal, you're fine.
