It doesn't really hurt much at all. Just stick the needle into the vein and fill up a vacuutainer. What they test for? It really isn't that bad. I've had it done to me a lot! -- Posted by alpine at 4:00 pm on Dec. 11, 2008 taking blood feels like a small prick in your arm, the reason most people faint is they panic and thier blood vessles constrict and they go down for the count. or some people feel werid when they feel the blood leaving them and that makes them feel a little ill. you can test for just about anything with blood! its that cool!
