And I hope it doesn't sound terribly cliche when I tell you that trying for a month really isn't that long. It's really true though. I know it's easy to get discouraged when you aren't getting your desired result. But many women try for longer before they end up pregnant. So really, you should try to stay positive and believe that it will happen for you. I'm going to assume that you aren't jumping the gun here. That you and your fiance are emotionally and financially stable enough to raise a child. Hopefully that's true. There's a test which will help you determine the best 2 days for you to conceive. It's the clearblue digital ovulation test. Click here for their site. You urinate on it like you would a pregnancy test so it can detect your hormone levels to see when you're most fertile. Hopefully, something like that helps you. If not, you may want to talk to your doctor to get tests done. But try to relax, it's not something which happens right away for everyone.
