Just head well rounded meals and exercise regularly. No need for strict diets.

Graoefruits are nice...but you will get stromach ulsers because they are high in acid

you need some of everything (fruit, veggies, protein, whole grains, dairy) every day.

Try weight watchers instead for tips and keep it off.
