My friends and family think I got over my depression completely, and I've told everyone that I haven't been depressed for a year.
I just want to be away for some time.. I need a break from my friends and a break from being so lonely.
My day goes like: Wake up, use the computer, go outside with friends who bore me sometimes, come back home and sleep.
I don't want to kill myself, I don't want to hurt myself or others.
I just want to feel good. I feel like happiness is far away from me at the moment..

Help?

hahahaaa;
I think we all go through that.
We all need a change of scenery every once in a while.
What sucks even more it when you DO get the change of scenery and then you find out that it sucks even MORE than it did home.
Unless you're one of the lucky ones.
:P

Why do you hide that you feel bad?

Why do you hide that you feel bad?

Good question. I forgot to answer it actually, it's because I don't want anyone to be too worried.. everyone gets too worried.. well the people who really care.. it annoys me sometimes.. you just have to be there to understand.

Most people who suffer from depression have a hormone imbalance which is why it seems sometimes like the person who has the most going for them seems the morst depressed. Depression doesnt discriminate. You may want to see a doctor who can give you some meds that may help balance out your mood.
