stop eating but really you won't lose it healthily by eating well

It's not physically possible to lose that much weight in 4 or 5 days.

eat only fruits and vegetables for a week. this is safe if you eat a good variety (to get the needed nutrients for your body.. cause if you dont get them you will gain weight cause your body thinks its starving..) but DO NOT... DO NOT.... DO NOT go more than a month on this diet.

I can't advise on this because the only way you'll do that is with a knife.

You can lose 2 or 3 lbs a week if you really put your mind to it. Well, 2 or 3 lbs of fat that is. I'm sure you could lose lots of weight by dehydrating yourself or going on some ridiculous crash diet, but it's illusory and will not make your arse look any better in jeans.

Sprints. 100m sprints will lose you a lot of weight. Lots of them. Or really heavy cycling. Watch the simple carbs, definitely watch the sugars (though you need to maintain a decent blood sugar level for this sort of exercise so make sure you have some juice to drink as you do it) and you can do it. Maybe. Haha, but I wouldn't' recommend it - you're really pushing it with this time scale and you might just end up losing a lot of water and junk that's sitting in your gut. Just don't try starving yourself + exercise please. Not clever.

How on Earth would living off carbohydrates help?

this fasting is always the way. and the toughest. But I always recommend the milk diet.

please... it does. i am not saying ten pounds but it is a healthy and safe way to lose. as i said in a message: uhm you can def eat nuts.. i would recomended eat "raw" stuff.. like raw beans (the kind you would put on a salad) cause anything from a can or box has preservatives... which makes you gain some normal weight... but if you wanna loose more than just water weight (which is what binge diets do) you need to eat healthy in small amounts.. so eat like 6-8 times a day like: 8am: strawberries 10: some non-salted almonds 12: some beans and raw brocolli 2: a banana 4: some clementines or an orange 6: a salad with some beans on it 8: some frozen grapes and blueberries the amount would differ from person to person... but you will loose at least a few pounds.

I lost 10 pounds in a week, and kept it off for almost two years (and also lost about 10 more during that time). So it is possible.
