Does every college do it, or is it only the more selective ones? -- Posted by bravosquadsas at 11:16 am on Dec. 13, 2008 A lot of them will accept more people than they can actually take as they know a number of those will choose to go somewhere else, and they wouldn't want to end with a lack of student.
