ive been on a really low calorie diet and ive lost a lot if weight, i dont wanna lose anymore so how do i inccrease my calorie intake without putting weight on?

Increase the calories in small steps, also increase exercise.

increase a little at a time and see what your limit is. Should be anywhere between 1200-2000
