I just saw THE most horrific picture of me ever on facebook. I look SO fat in it. :( shit. i really need to lose weight. What are the main things i need to follow other than heathy eating and exersise? How much water? what are good foods? etc.. etc... x

I just rarely eat. They call it Freshman 15. I lost 15. lol

Drink lots of water. Eat small, regular meals. Resist the temptation to snack. Carbohydrates give you longer-lasting energy and protein helps to make you fuller. That's all I know. Sorry.

Cardio, such as speed walking, for an hour 4-5 days a week, eliminate ANY KIND of junk food most days of the week, cut out soda and sugary beverages and drink AT LEAST 64 oz. of water a day, eat more protein, fruits, and vegetables. That's what I've been doing and have lost 15-20 pounds in 3-4 months.
