okay, I weigh 143.5 lbs. i'm a girl. and my frame is between small or medium. I know I want to lose a little weight, I just want to know if you'd consider me a fat person? Or what i'd be considered as far as size?

If your frame is small-ish, then you would be kind of borderline overweight, right? I always feel that you should ignore what others say. If you think you can lose a bit of weight, then go lose it by excercising or whatever.

Find out what your Body Mass Index is and it will tell you if you're generally overweight or in the safe range. Usually, girls your height should weigh from 112 to 140 pounds, according to the BMI chart, and you're between 24 and 25 on the BMI scale, 25 signifying being overweight. However, if you're physically active and actually contain alot of muscle rather than fat, you can still be pretty healthy.

Then, it will also tell you that once you hit 25, you're classified as overweight. However, you're close to lowering it so I would suggest losing some weight to get below 25. However, do not completely rely on the BMI scale. If you're truly concerned, speak with a doctor who can provide you with a fat percentage of your body test.
