I can't wear a tampon for anything this week (on my period), and I don't know why.  It's kind of making me upset, because, well, you know.
I don't know why I'm having this issue all of a sudden, I never have before and I've been on my period for about 6-7 years, and have been wearing tampons ever since I started my period.
Also, it's the brand I always wear, so it's not like it's something different that I'm not used to.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?  Mucho thanks.

just use pads then..

The tampons are just uncomfortable all of a sudden.  And I am wearing pads (I just don't like to).

Maybe you're just using one that's too big for your flow. Try going down a size.

sounds like your screwed then.
personally, tampons make me cramp more.

maybe you should go to the doctor? or switch sizes/brands.

Perhaps they're not settling right, because I get that way too if I don't put them in right.

try a diff absorbency

It could be that you aren't inserting it deep enough, so you can still feel it and of course that would be uncomfortable.

Oh yeah, sometimes if you don't get it deep enough, you get like this...annoying pain. I don't know how to describe it. Its like burning, but its NOT burning. And its little, but its there and the longer its there, the more annoying and "painful"

It usually happens when the tampon isn't deep enough and its kind of..slipping out

You all keep saying it's not deep nor the right absorbancy, but it is.  Like I said, I'm no stranger to tampons.  It just hurts like it's falling out (but it's not) when I sit forward, or am lying fetal position, and I don't know why.  It's not painful, just uncomfortable.

It may help to try a different size

Is your flow heavy or lighter than usual?
