I wasn't meaning about that incident, that incident has been and gone, but in future, you should avoid conflict with him, if he is trying to cause a conflict, then get your mother to deal with him, as it seems that you will get in trouble if you try.

I dated someone for three months. He went to the high school I went to (but i didn't find out until after I left there!!) He was great. We'd talk to each other online everyday, and he'd call me like every night to see how my day was. We lived in the same city, but the problem was... his parents. They didn't like him having a girlfriend, and they are really strict. So, he was never allowed to come see me. In the end it was decided we were better off friends. And to this day, we still are

Hey I was just wondering...What do girls think about pick up lines? like the ones you hear on movies and stuff. Has girl had a guy say something like that to her? They sound really desprate sounding to me and a lil cheesy. Or am I wrong?

I don't think it's common, but very possible.

if they say it and mean it to be funny, it can be great, shows they have a sense of humor
