I really hate who I am sometimes. There are so many things that I want to do but I'm afraid to do them because my family wouldn't approve. I mean I'm almost 20 so it shouldn't really matter that much. There are so many thing about me that I want to change and I don't know how. I also have social anxiety which holds me back a lot and I don't want it to.

I sometimes just want to die and start over.

Dying won't let you start over. You just kind of hang in midair with nowhere to go.

To the heck care with your family.

break away. you will always be mediocre at best if you still rely on your family's approval most of the time.

Work on one little thing at a time, and don't be hard on yourself or get distracted with putting yourself down about everything that you want to change. Just pinpoint one thing, break it into little steps, and do it over a period of time.

I don't even know where to start because I can't pinpoint anything. Its the whole thing.
