I do like Zend or CakePHP. CodeIgniter for when I first started out :P.

I can't imagine any serious project using a general-purpose PHP framework. It's mostly just bloat.

I use them when it comes to pushing out quick projects. Most of the work is already done. In my work environment it seems its more quantity of quality :P
