No. If your body is not on it's normal menstrual cycle, there is usually a health reason behind it, whether it's that you're pregnant or your body is sick or stressed. Wait to see if it doesn't come for a couple more days, and then if it's still not there, go to a doctor and figure out why.

You just have to sit and wait, I'm afraid If you're sure you're not pregnant, it could be stress or illness. My period changed from my normal 27-29 days and jumped to 35 days randomly. Eventually I realised it was due to stress (it was the end of my first Uni year...lots of exams and assignments!). Went back to normal eventually

there isn't a way, if you've drank a lot of alcohol recently it can postpone it, not something to worry about though as long as it comes eventually.

People say drinking parsley tea or taking black cohosh can induce it. I've tried both with no results.
