Well, don't eat fast food for a start. If you do, go for something like Subway. Cut out sweet foods, and instead eat fruit, nuts, raw vegetables, yoghurt, and rye crackers as snacks. Eat a good breakfast, cereal high in fibre like Weetbix and All Bran is good. Use cottage cheese as a substitute for butter, and remember that one portion of food should be the size of your palm. Do at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day, whether it be jogging, or cycling, or joining a gym, and you'll be sweet. :)

no FAST FOOD. Eat less portions. (Half of what you get at an average restaurant) Try to make a lot of your meals. No sweets. and lots of grilled foods. Keep track of your calorie intake. A little less than 2000 is usualy good for dieters. Remember to drink lots and lots of water. Stay away from sweet drinks and coffee. And excercise for an hour daily.
