The mods choose them because they think that they are very qualified 2 do the job. If a person was not qualified to do the job he/she would not be picked as a support leader. Maybe try talking to your support leader and telling them that you need more support as your getting used 2 the site. The SL only lasts a few ranks and then u don't have 1 anymore. Sorry but you can't change them
