My work out plan... drink JUST water;no soda,juices,etc... morning fruit;lunch salad;dinner-anything? thats all i have. i have a dance work out video; should I do that? and should i do sit ups or something?

what do u mean dinner 'anything'? also,its proven that u lose weight better if u eat ur biggest meal for breakfast or early lunch, not later in the evening/night!

that's not a work out plan, it's a diet. just eat what you want in smaller portions and do some light working out to start out with, cardio and maybe light weights to define anything you want defined.
