easiest way is to do it in a mac. chyeah. as that was done in a mac. otherwise. play with contrast and colour levels.

IRL or on a photo editing program?

IRL it's easy, you carve a stamp and use different inks.

mess around with the hue, contrast and maybe saturation, in photoshop or some other programme.

I don't have photobooth. You can't do this just with messing around with hue and contrast.

Go to photobucket, click edit above the picture, when the edit thing loads, go to effects, and select pop art.
