The only thing that's holding me back from the Mac is that it's an extra grand, and the fact that I'm kind of used to Windows.   Anyone have any suggestions? Just because you don't know how to use it. Depends on what you want it for. Audio/video/graphics manipulation is better suited for a Mac. If you have the money and are willing to dive into the Mac platform, by all means go for it. Trust me, you won't regret it. You can even install Windows onto it to use software that you may find essential, or to play games. My friends with Macbooks wanted them SO BADDDDD, but now they despise them, and they miss windows. And dells, in general, suck.
