I'm getting a graphics card off ebay, upgrading 64mb to 512mb and I am wondering if I can easily do this myself?

it's easy. just make sure that you have the correct interface. i'm not sure what most graphics cards use now. maybe pci-e. check your motherboard specifications and then check the graphics card specifications to make sure that they're compatible. there's nothing worse than buying a part and then finding out that you don't have a slot to fit it in.

It's easy enough, just make sure the power is off and touch the inside of the pc case to reduce the risk of static damaging the card.
Make sure your power supply can handle it too, chances are if it's a decent graphics card you'll need at least 1 connection going from the power supply to the card.

You can just push it in til it clicks.

Very easy, if you can use rubber gloves or something to reduce the chance of frying your graphics card, then that would be sweet, or else just handle things with a plastic bag round your hand or something. Here is some tutorials depending on what interfece your graphics card is...
PCI
AGP
Click for the one you want.

Assuming your computer has the space yes (not low profile)

Furthermore, please read the sticky in the forum about video cards.
