Can you lose tolerance to narcotics over time? would be nice to feel the to get a lower tolerance so the drugs actually are effective. I rarely ask for it while in the hospital so?

Of course but never fully while the negative aspects can increase like with any drug.

He meant opioiod I believe. And yes, you can. Whoever said that you can't fully lose tolerance to them was wrong too... with a few weeks you'll return to baseline tolerance.

Opioiod? Couldn't help but laugh at that one.

Anyways, as to the question, yes, you can lower your tolerance over time, fairly shortly really.

Your tolerance may drop to baseline but from experience it builds up faster the second go round.

Of course you can. Certain things like cannabis amplify the effects of opiates too.

LMAO, tolerance is always, sorry to inform you about that known secret. Research young padawan, you can even have natural tolerance...dun dun dun.

A perfect example is getting high the first time off (X) substance and never experiencing that same exact experience no matter the dosage you use.

Dude tolerance is NOT permanent. That's all there is to it.
