It's beautiful in the Summer, and in the Winter it's very cold, but equally beautiful in a different way. The air is usually very clean if you're closer to the country part, but if you're in the city there are a lot of tourist shops you can stop at, especially on the boardwalk, and walk along the river. Ive never been there  but i have lots of friends that have.
