Kay, so. I'm a snacker. I eat all the time without realizing it. So I'm trying to stop. But incase I just NEED to snack- what are healthy thigns I can snack on? like: carrot sticks, green beans, apples, bananas, pears etc.

fruit smoothies, some low calorie cereal bars, aparently celery, any sort of salad thing really.

Sort of true. It has about 10 per 8 inch stalk, BUT you use all those calories to eat/digest it, so it ends up being neutral in your system. It's a good choice.
