You might want to set a system restore point so that if anything goes wrongs you can restore your system (heh fancy that). to do this press windows button + R, cut and paste this>> '%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe' without quotes, click create a restore point, next, then type a description such as uxtheme patch, then click create. The system restore app should tell you it has been created and then just click close. Run the uxtheme patcher you downloaded, then restart your computer, if anything goes wrong, start your computer in safe mode, and type '%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe' in the run dialog box again and click restore system, then select a your "uxtheme patch" restore point and wait a millennium and it will be ok again. If it doesn't work PM me.
