I just ate a huge fucking plate of half cooked ravioli and a popcorn ball...I wish I could be one of those people who don't have an appetite when they are depressed...I really want to get healthy, but then I go do stupid fucking shit like this...and I have no gag reflex, so I can't purge...now I'm stuck with this glob of pasta that is going to make me even fucking bigger...

feel free to point and laugh at the fucking fat ass...

Ive got an incredibly high metabolism...so i hardly gain weight.

yeah you're lucky...

and I can't run because A, its 30 degrees out, and B, it's pitch fucking black and I don't have a flashlight

Do an extremely hard workout - you'll throw up and loose a bunch of calories.

30 degree's? It was -30 a few days ago up here (with windchill)

I'm about to give you a considerable amount of information.  You can either take this information and in 3-4 months lose 20 pounds.  Or Take a look at this and say, "I'm not doing that."  Let me warn you there are not short cuts to weight loss it is painful and hard if you have any doubt then stop reading.

Look this is your new plan.  Multiply your weight by 15.  This is how much you should be eating in order to maintain your weight now subtract 500.  The number you now have is the number of calories you should be eating a day in order to put yourself in a calorie defeciet which will result in fat loss.

This isn't enough you should also run/walk 3 1/2 miles 3 days a week.  If you really want to accomplish this you better dress warm.  Remember no pain no gain.

Now we have to correct your diet.  This means you have to eat 6 meals a day with a 3hr time period in between.  You can't have anything to eat in this 3hr time period.  Eat this...
Meal 1.  A bowl of oatmeal, 3-4 eggs
Meal 2.  2 chicken breasts
Meal 3.  Pre Workout Meal- Protein Shake
Meal 4.  Post Workout Meal- 2 chicken breasts(or something with 45gs of protein like eggs, fish, or lean meat)
Meal 5.  Tin of Tuna
Meal 6.  Protein shake with skim milk

Wake up early in the morning so you get your heart rate up and burn more calories.  I recommend you join a gym if you don't I can help you to an extent with exercises you can do at you own house.  Just ask if you want me to post a routine.

Make sure you get 8hrs of sleep.  Only drink water with all of your meals... and buy a hoodie and some sweat pants you'll be warm.  Don't use the weather as an excuse to fail.

small mistake meals 2 and 5 you should have a cup of vegetables.

Best you walk it off. Get some good exercise, that's what I do to shake off all this Christmas eating. I've just returned from walking on the beach. Walking has made me feel real good.
