I have a horrible pain in my stomach i can't even sit. every time I move or get up my face is really hot but i feel cold and I'm shaking. Flu? And what should I do???? I mean, to feel better. Doctors is not an option. Just rest, take some medication like tylenol or advil, and wait for it to go. There's not much else you can do really, and I know it sucks.
