I've been trying to get in shape :) I'm not bad as it is, but I definately need some toning. I was wondering if yoga could really help?

Yeah. Yoga really helps with stretching, and building muscle. Not so much for cardio, though.

eh, yoga isnt the best method. do something more cardio related.

Yoga is good but you should also try some cardio.

yoga is good if you do cardio and weight training also it makes for a very well-rounded workout, which is the best kind

Yoga makes you flexible, and stretches your body;relaxes u. Can't really loose weight, though. Try doing some cardio class, or dance, or just work out at the gym.
