Regarding the diet pills no matter what age you are you should not rely on diet pills such as fat burners as a way of burning fat for the rest of your life, so to speak. Fat burners can do horride things to you're body if they're used too much. My suggestion to you would be to go on a 1-Month cut of HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE by MUSCLETECH (I personally use during my cut cycles) and then later, if you're a male and want to bulk use more MUSCLETECH supplements. NOTE: These are NOT magic pills; You must have proper diet and exercise for these to work.
